Here is How to Fill Out Paper Certificates

 

NOTE: This is NOT how our online certificates look, work or are handled... only paper certificates used for Letters of Credit.

     We use our Internet Based cargo insurance program to eliminate paperwork and costs... but some banking institutions require traditional paper certificates for Letters of Credit.
     We do have traditional paper certificates to be used ONLY for LOCs.
     Contact us if you need paper certificates and follow the instructions that accompany these paper certificates exactly.

 
How to Complete the Paper Certificate
     Remember - Completing the Paper Certificate is just one step for using paper certificates for Letters of Credit. There are additional steps outlined in the instructions you received with the paper certificates. You must complete ALL steps for the insurance to be in effect. See the instruction sheet or page 12 of your Ocean Marine Brochure for instructions.
