-- I need to change something on an insurance certificate. What do I do?

     For security reasons no one, not even ACIS Underwriting Agency, can change a certificate once it is issued.
     If a certificate you have issued contains errors and needs to be replaced or cancelled, here are the steps to correct it. 

     -- CANCELING A CERTIFICATE –

1)- Log into your account at www.acisforwarders.com

2)- Issue a new certificate with the correct information.

3)- Return to your main menu and choose “Cancel Certificate.”

4)- Choose the correct certificate to cancel from the pull-down menu.

5)- Explain why you wish to cancel it in the text box, such as, “Replaced by certificate #___,” or “Shipper declined insurance,” etc.
