   What do I DO?
     If your client does not want to pay extra for cargo insurance, we have several things to help you convince your client of the exposure they face, and, if the client refuses insurance, to protect yourself if there is a claim.
WHY YOUR SHIPPER NEEDS INSURANCE:    We have a section of this allcovered.net site explaining why your Shipper should get cargo insurance.
   Under "Video Training" ( >CLICK< ) you'll find our "Shipper's Guide to Insurance" video that you can stream to their desktop over the Internet or play from a CD that explains why they should purchase cargo insurance.
   We also have a companion "Shipper's Guide" booklet we can customize for your company to leave with Shippers.

IF YOUR SHIPPER REFUSES INSURANCE:    Unfortunately Shippers often refuse cargo insurance, BUT IF THERE IS A CLAIM, YOU ARE BLAMED.
   Here is a simple way to protect yourself.
   If this is a "One-Off" shipment, have your Shipper decline cargo insurance in writing by email, fax or form.
   If this is a regular Shipper, then have them choose from five simple options so you know how they wish you to handle cargo insurance for them in the future. This is a one-time step that protects you for all future shipments.
