that explains why they should purchase cargo insurance.

| IF YOUR SHIPPER REFUSES

Unfortunately Shippers often refuse
cargo insurance, BUT IF THERE IS A CLAIM, YOU ARE BLAMED.
Here is a simple way to protect yourself.
If this is a "One-Off" shipment, have your Shipper decline cargo
insurance in writing by email, fax or form.
If this is a regular Shipper, then have them choose from five
simple options so you know how they wish you to handle cargo
insurance for them in the future. This is a one-time step that
protects you for all future shipments.
